2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The order was not delivered due to an issue from our end.
  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item.
  • The order was canceled before dispatch.
  • Payment was deducted, but the order was not confirmed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • The delivery was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The order was delivered as requested but did not meet expectations.
  • The cancellation request was made after the order was dispatched.
  • The user provided incorrect delivery details.

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of order delivery.
  2. Provide necessary details such as the order ID, issue description, and relevant images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction:

  • UPI / Bank Transfers: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • GetNGo Wallet: Instant credit
